faz talked about today. today, apart from being really cold, was the day we went up to the metrocenter for some good ol' retail therapy. faz, renu and i missed trains, watched trains being cancelled, and quite frankly waited a darned long time just so we could get on that one train that would bring us to the metrocenter. so you can imagine, by the time we got there, we were ready to rumble, after being maybe close to an hour behind schedule thanks to the efficiency of british rail.

faz and renu got some really nice stuff, and i just realised that almost everything that i got was pink, or had pink in it. hehe... retail therapy is the best. :)

my dad just called to say that he might (and by 'might', i mean most probably) be posted to hongkong for the next 3 to 4 years, and that means that the rest of my family will have to come along, me included.

i never really lived abroad for such a long period of time before. besides uni right now of course. yeah, it probably won't affect me much, since i'll be here for my degree most times, but still, the thought that my whole family can readily uproot themselves and go off to a foreign place like hong kong, where we absolutely nobody we know, is quite frankly, very amazing.

i'm still trying to get used to that thought.
