well finally the academic part of the day is over. there is no feeling better in this world than the thought that you've finally finished the day, being able to pack the niggly bits away and confidently say to yourself that the day has indeed been lived to its full (well, not always, but we try) and that it is well and truly over. it brings a sense of closure to the 24 hours that we have to live each day as well. my eu tutorial didn't go as badly as planned, and i actually get along better with some people than i thought i actually did, but that's just random musing on my part. maybe when i really get the chance to phrase my thoughts and think everything through will the stream-of-consciousness of it all start to make sense.

almost burned in the tutorial today, that meant that my pen kept on threatening to slip out of my grip, as it used to do in times of epic adventure (or misadventure, what you will) when i was chained to my desk, cooped up in an air-conditioned room trying to squeeze points out of my head in order to pass the (dare i say the word) exam. i dare say that i left the tutorial looking like i had a clue when i actually didn't, and that's the way the cookie crumbles. i left the class with a great deal more questions than i had come in with, so that's a problem i'm going to have to sort out quite soon. quite possibly, the searing temperatures in the room were the cause of all the confusion, 'cuz no one else looked like they had gotten anything either.

popped into varsity to have some hot chocolate with channers, who totally wrecked himself at the cuth's formal the night of my birthday. *tsk* the guy is going up to scotland (faz, nebulous!) in the very near future for something or other. i wish i could go off to scotland as well. that should be fun, if only i had the resources, like, a gold mine.

i did say that the day was over, but i forgot to mention one more thing: the weekend has started. party on. *our totally t's friend look*
