argh. (yes, grr. argh.) the few hundred words that i just typed were cunningly erased by the cock-up of the computer terminal that i was on. oh, joy and jubilation. there is nothing more irritating than having the stuff you actually thought about being wiped out before you through no fault of yours, and conversely, thanks to a ruddy machine. and who ever said that one day man might be taken over by machines? not in this lifetime, you won't, not if all them machines are even more temperamental than a woman surfing the crimson tide, just like this one has currently just qualified itself for. hrmph. let's see you shut down on me one more time.

what i meant to say was that the isa ball pics are up here! but first, i have to apologise for the trigger happiness. that was because i had a bit too much memory space left on my camera, so there are quite a few pictures up there. look out for never-before-seen pictures of omar, the guy in the funky arab dress, the two peanutheads, my dear malaysian, and the ever-lovely gen, renu, faz etc. etc. that i've been gushing about in my previous post. once again, excuse the trigger happiness and please try not to get irritated with my face appearing so many times in all the photos. :)

the day has been in the range from middling to wallowing in the foothills. i have not been bothered to step out of the house, nay my room ever since the start of the day (that happened at about 8, then again at 9am, because i thought i would try to grab some kip, which turned out to be quite a lot. it adds up.) the only factor that forced ye hermitess oute offe her roome was the fact that there was a certain lack of cases that i need in order to complete my tutorial. yes, my tutorial. that is the price one has to pay when existing in a non-internet connected room. today though, is the first time, the first time tanya has ever worked on two tutorials, one after the other, and all in the same day. i foresee that things like that are not to be in great abundance in the very near future. that is why i am constantly reprimanded (by my college dad, among others) for a) taking tutorials too seriously and b) worrying too much. from the lines on my forehead, i fear the latter is more true.

next friday, 12th march, is my mom's birthday. just to show her that i haven't exactly forgotten about it. :) love you mummy! will be counting down till then!
