one day to go till the deadline for the contract essay is due. the consti essay is old news, but hey, there's always new news around. that's why they call it news. that's why there is a contract essay due as well on friday. so much for that. as you can see, there is little i can do when the psyche does not respond to coercion, and muddles along, thinking that there is a lot of time yet.

don't worry, i can finish the essay tonight. i just need to sit down for a few hours with a cup of coffee and an evening in. there you go, nothing to it.

i borrowed faz's hoodie and trackpants, and her sandals when i bunked over at mary's last night. she called me a little person when i wore them. okay, okay, so they were a little bit big, and i felt like i was swimming in them (they're big for her, so much less me), but hey, they've got a linkin park logo on them, so i feel a little bit happier in the world.

we've started a film noir thingy as well, so that we can sufficiently bring to life the intricacies of modern life, with fishy puns aplenty in a not-so-modern setting. echoes of "who's a good turbot? hmm?" still ring through my mind. the salmon conspiracies indeed... once we've finished it, i might just post it up here for a laugh. haha.

oh, and ladies and germs, look out for the new and improved tanya's consti essay wot she is very proud of v 2.0 coming to a computer screen near you in the very near future. i.e. when the deadline for submission has passed so that no one can copy it off me harharhar. no, i'm kidding. it's just something that i brought up with cks the other day, in our discussion during tutorial. in his own smiley way he commended the cynicism that brit politics should be viewed with, and subtly highlighted the fact that sometimes, mere apathy may not be good enough to keep the baddies at bay. they, will always find a way.

hey, that's why we're studying law right?

i will post it up after friday. it might just be a nicer read than the government's white paper on regional devolution. :)
