i was just grossed out with the weirdest, ok i won't say weirdest, but most unlikely thing i ever thought possible. the street lights were killed all over campus just now save for caedmon and that plunged everyone in pitch darkness. that, plus the fact that i was wearing my grey hoodie meant that i was striving for the incognito look, being hidden among the trees and all that stuff. so, there i was, making my way through to the computer, when, as i was crossing the carpark to main building, i saw the campus weirdo with an asian girl -- making out.

like, hello, this is seriously weird here. the guy is white but goes around with buddha beads in his pocket, doesn't have many grooming habits that are evident, and wins the prize for choice hippie on campus. yes, i was quite distressed at the sight. basically i tried to sidestep the whole disaster area, giving the happy couple space while trying to avert my eyes at the same time. following which, i came away with renewed hope: there is still light at the end of the tunnel for the rest of us.

the weather today was beautiful. not. quite frankly, i had no idea it was going to rain so heavily in the evening. that, plus the fact that i can't adapt to the longer days now (it doesn't get fully dark till 9) is throwing the biorhythm all out of whack. anyhow, tutorials beckon, again, and my mind's eye is still full of a brad who runs amok, killing his fellow bandmates.
