2nd june, when the world (well, most of it really) finishes their exams.

went running today. the sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and yeah it was an all-round nice day. something seems to have happened since monday though. i seem to have less energy, explaining the slower running pace and all. i wish i were seventeen once again.

right now i am stumped as to what to do with myself again. it has just hit three p.m. and i have made my way to the third, and last book of the gormenghast trilogy. there is some sense of achievement, seeing that the book isn't all fun and games. in the past 48 hours i have been made to bear witness to the gory deaths of some approximate twenty occupants of the castle, in a freeze-frame of over ten years. there's only so much blood and gore a girl can take, but i've enjoyed what i've read so far, despite all that.

my heart is crying out for more of the o.c. -- but then again, i've been sneaky and read some of the episode previews, so i know what's going to happen in the next few epis, and now there's a problem because now i've read the previews i don't want to watch them but at the same time i want to watch them.

this is all seth's fault. :)
