the wind was blowing against my umbrella today as i walked up in the semi-darkness after the four fifteen lecture. for a moment there i thought i was going to be blown away in a mary poppin-esque fashion up, up into the clouds above. come to think of it, there's a song that sounds like that too.

the crim tutorial i was dreading actually turned out okay, and we were able to come up with something that sounded halfway decent, albeit with a lot of help. it's a good thing that it's over though, because at last i can put my head at rest. leastways the weekend is here, meaning getting to sleep in, have some commitment-free free time, and looking forward to the newcastle shopping trip next week (finally) :)

the weather has been getting colder in the past few days, to the extent that i don't feel like stepping out of the door at all -- not to do anything. come to think of it, it's even giving me trouble stringing coherent sentences together, which explains why the blogging is getting less frequent. that, and the fact that i haven't actually had much time to brush my hair this week, much less take time out to blog. the hell tutorial week has passed though, which is a relief. a relief. a relief. thank goodness that doesn't repeat itself.

anyhow, tonight we go for fireworks with the hk and singapore societies, which should be fun. right now i'm going to sit down and try to recuperate my tired soul for the potential arson party a little later on in the night.
