had an exceptional night at the isa x'mas party yesterday. my fears of having an empty dance floor were assuaged as people streamed in and bought tickets on the door (phew), and for the first time since the weekend i managed to have a good night's sleep!

i had no idea eka was pointing at my shoes! this photo really surprised me.

all in all, it was a good night, with minimal stress levels and everything running smoothly *big smile* faz did a fantastic job with her 'i will survive' rendition, which she talks about on her blog. meantime, i've been catching up on some much-needed kip.

when i look at the stack of wrapped presents under my desk, i want to be home with my family now. *sniff*
