hello hello, and welcome to another episode of tanya's interesting experiences.

yesterday we held the isa party thing we meant to do at bar 19. it got off to a slow start, and all of us were pretty down about the whole thing, to be quite honest, but later it did indeed liven up quite a bit as people started streaming in.

the people who impressed me the most that night were the stocktonites who made the one hour trek down from stockton-on-tees just to hang out with us. no showgy, for some strange reason, but the bunch of peeps who were willing to come along and just chill were the initial reason why everyone's spirits were lifted.

it's been quite a tough week, dealing with all the nitty-gritty that will make the ball run smoother. last night there was another meeting of the nocturnal club, of which i am but a temporary member until my sleeping patterns return to normal again, and we saw the not-so-grim reality of the whole issue at hand. it's always such a relief to come to grips with the facts and figures in front of you once you knuckle down and get things done. for now, i'm just glad we got most things sorted -- after all that ball of ours is less than a month away...

overall, it was just a good night chilling out with good music, great friends, and a video camera. i have a feeling that many happy hours will be spent trying to decipher what the person in possession of said videocam at the time was trying to portray; artistic, abstract, or otherwise. harhar~!
