i have made a couple of very interesting decisions today:

1) it is confirmed that there is a nest of baby birds cheep-cheeping away in our blocked-up chimney. i hope the electric fires we are so fond of don't burn their baby winglets.

2) have discovered a new stash of shorts i.e. not full-length jean thingies and am walking out with my bare calves exposed as a form of spring expression. note how they are bermudas/knickerbockers and not -pris of any kind. pah!

3) made the faz finish up the two bites of the cake renu baked for her mother's birthday.

4) am going to have teowlet emblazoned on the back of some random top after being influenced by the persuasive charms of www.neighbourhoodies.com. and at a much lower price of 20p per letter over here, it's a right snip as opposed to the peeps at neighbourhoodies who are obviously rolling in the green as we speak.

5) watched an episode of 'high school reunion' on the telly while eating a banana this morning and reminded myself never that things never, ever change.

back to the scout for orange juice!
