on saturday i head back out to singapore, land of my birth, to commence work for another 2 weeks. goodness knows what's going to happen to my fingers once they are not in close proximity to broadband internet, but i think they will be okay.

the past few days in hongkong have been hot, humid, and quite a lot of fun, because being with family never fails to brighten one's mood. but i still miss Boy and his funny one-liners, and his everything which makes him the way he is.

the thunder and lightning do not seem to going away. i can hear it rumbling all the way past the sea, and the blinking lights of the makeshift jetty just add to the commotion outside. i would not like to be caught out of doors right now.

another roll of thunder sounds. really, i would not like to be outside right now. thanking my lucky stars i have the luxury of sitting right here and typing happily on msn, as safe as houses.

speaking of houses, the bro and i have made a date to watch a dvd outside in the living room at a later time, and no, i am not jetlagged, it's just trying to squeeze as much pleasure from my short time in hk before i become singapore-bound and have to be all work-like.

but well, the day has been long and i tire from the heat and teething pain (yes, wisdom teeth are making their presence felt). just one more word before i go,
