been playing with my new toy -- the motorola pebl u6!! i never knew that phones could be upgraded every 11 months here until Boy dragged me into the phone shop and made me ask the lady to see what phones i could upgrade for. after much deliberation, i chose this one:

wahey, how swanky is she? ahh... it feels so silky smooth and lovely... i could get lost in its texture and the ergonomic way it fits in my hand... *aaahhh*

and to think that i've been using the same nokia 6100 for the past three years. gee. not to say that i don't love it too though. just wanted to post a notice to document the joining of such a lovely gadget into our presence, and i would have gotten a better picture of it if i could, but alas. :)

meantime, have been getting over a bad sore throat and cold, but am on the mend now. so long as the rain goes away, i think we'll all feel better for it.

(it has come to my attention that my dissertation is almost finished now. i don't know whether to be relieved or to start shaking in my boots. eep.)
