picture of the boyfriend and me at the st. aidan's ball last week. apologies for the camera flash, and i have no idea why my head looks so big!! *perplexed*



the boyfriend was given a dj gig last week at st. aidan's college ball, and i tagged along! hence the randomness of this post :D



the industrial themed room where he was dj-ing for most of the night. seriously, the amplification in that room almost took my ears out. read: my fillings were vibrating. but, before that, the boys indulged in some pre-event arcade games to calm the nerves. (some of you may remember irish dave from the previous beach post in the background.)



somehow these neon styrofoam heads glowed eerily in the space-themed room, where they had a huge projector screen with the star wars trilogy showing. i spent a good part of the night squealing at the appearances of yoda onscreen.



apparently, the organisers spent a grand on the balloon you see in this picture. :S




just playing about with the settings on my camera. this was while i was getting bored sitting behind the dj decks.

p/s: kris and i were stuck by the chocolate fountain for ages, scoffing chocolate coated doughnuts. yum!
